Does any of this sound familiar?

You’re a woman struggling with the complexities of biological, environmental, societal and relational pressures.

You’re having difficulty with the demands of life, and feel physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted.

Or maybe you feel like no matter what you do, something vital is still missing from your life.

You don’t have to feel this way. You can feel better.

You’re expecting a baby and feeling completely overwhelmed. It wasn’t supposed to feel like this.

Or maybe you just gave birth and this isn’t what you expected. You thought this would be so much easier.

You’re finding it hard to remember who you were before this, and even harder to connect with others, let alone yourself.

You can feel whole. You can feel like you again.

You are not alone in this.

As women, we live in a society that constantly implies that who we are isn’t enough.

We strive to meet the expectations of others and ourselves, searching for happiness, yet it still feels just out of reach.

We hesitate to ask for help because we’re sure we can do it all. And, we don’t want to be a burden.

Deep down, we want more authentic lives. You want a more authentic life. One where you feel fulfilled and you’re able to flourish.

What if you could create the life you desire through the healing you deserve?

Hi, I’m Jamie, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Our relationship with ourselves is the ground in which all other aspects of our lives is rooted. My goal is to help you nurture this relationship to bloom into the fullest version of yourself. I help my clients to lead more authentic lives by restoring hope and fostering growth. Over the years I’ve developed a specialty working with women who are pregnant or have recently given birth, are struggling with depression, anxiety or self-esteem, or who have a history of experiencing childhood trauma. Oftentimes, my clients identify with all of these.

I created this space for you to have a safe place to grow because I know first hand how difficult these challenges can be, and although all experiences are unique, I can likely relate. I use a blend of therapy techniques curated to help my clients create meaningful change while on a journey of self-discovery. Together, we’ll process your experiences while uncovering the obstacles that are holding you back. We’ll restore your inner strength and sense of self through healing. And, we’ll forge a path to a more balanced, authentic and value-aligned life. You don’t have to do this alone, let’s walk this path together.
