I believe growth is best achieved when you’re able to be vulnerable and authentic. I created this therapeutic space for you to have a safe place to grow, and I promise to be vulnerable and authentic in this space as well. I meet clients where they’re at and develop a genuine relationship in order to have the best foundation to heal. It’s well known that the most important factor for success in therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist, and this is essential to my practice.
“Whatever is there to discover at the bottom of your soul, whether dross or treasure, motherhood will help you find it.”
—Lisa Marchiano

Clients have described me as easy to talk to, empathetic, and non-judgmental — So, come as you are and we’ll go from there. I am committed to showing up consistently and learning how to best foster your individual growth. Communication will play a key role in our therapeutic relationship, and I’ll remain compassionate while also challenging you when needed. I understand that growth is a life-long process, and I would never guide you down a road I haven’t been down myself. Because of this, I’m invested in my own growth just as much as I am in yours. As a therapist who is constantly evolving and striving to be the best version of myself, you can expect a real connection and an understanding of how difficult this is.
Whether you’re trying to conceive, pregnant, or already a mother, the journey to becoming a mother — and motherhood itself — is full of ups and downs. Sometimes this process sheds light on parts of ourselves that we didn’t know existed or reveals aspects from our past we had tried to forget. But, it also has the ability to cultivate growth in ways that would never otherwise be possible. It’s within this mixture of difficult yet rewarding experiences, being pushed to your limits physically, mentally and emotionally, and being tested beyond measure, that you’re provided the opportunity to really become yourself. I approach therapy from the perspective of a woman who has personally experienced this level of transformative growth, and I help my clients to achieve this as well.
